Timemator is a smart timer app designed for Mac users that automatically records and tracks your time investment on different projects. It allows users to easily track one or more projects, consolidating all activities into a single timeline without any manual effort. With a simple click, users can check the time spent and allocate it to specific projects. Timemator also allows users to set up rules that specify which programs and files belong to which project, enabling automatic tracking. Whether you’re a designer or a developer, Timemator recognizes the type of work you do and provides accurate time tracking. For users who prefer manual control, Timemator provides a traditional timer start/stop function, as well as support for editing time records and setting new time periods. It also generates detailed reports that show how well you’re managing your time, and you can even set hourly rates for each project to help you calculate your earnings.
Timeline of activities
You may want to keep track of one project or dozens of projects. Timemator consolidates everything into one active timeline without you having to get your hands dirty. Whenever you want to see where the time goes, just check the timeline. With just a few mouse clicks, you can allocate this time to your project.
Define rules
Tell Timemator which programs and files you plan to use in your project, and the app will set up tracking. You can also click on any entry on the event timeline to create an automatic tracking rule for it. The timer will automatically start and stop when needed. It’s all done automatically.
Something for everyone
Timemator understands the type of task you’re working on. If you’re a designer, it will know when you’re designing, researching a project, or having a meeting in Sketch. The same applies to development tools and other Mac programs – Timemator recognizes your tasks to ensure accurate tracking.
Traditional timer function
If you don’t want automatic tracking, Timemator gives you control over your time. Use the traditional start/stop button on the timer at any time. You also have the flexibility to edit entries and set up new timing sessions.
Detailed reports
See how you manage your time in Timemator’s detailed reports. The app stores data about time-tracking sessions to show progress over time and provides a daily view of recent activity. You can even add your hourly rate for each specific project, and Timemator will track your earnings.
