Description
myTracks – The GPS solution for iOS, watchOS and macOS
myTracks serves as a versatile tool for managing your GPS tracks, allowing for easy loading from a wide array of devices and efficient organization within a library.
After importing, users can simply drag and drop photo files into myTracks, which will automatically associate them with the corresponding GPS tracks. The GPS data can be embedded into the EXIF and IPTC tags of the photos, a process known as geotagging. This functionality is compatible with various photo management software, including Photos, iPhoto, Aperture, Lightroom, GraphicConverter, and even Finder. myTracks supports both JPEG and RAW file formats.
GPS tracks can be exported in GPX, KML, or KMZ formats, enabling their use in applications such as Google Earth.
In addition to dedicated GPS loggers, a free iPhone application named “myTracks – The GPS logger” is available on the App Store, allowing users to record GPS tracks directly from their devices. With iCloud integration, synchronizing all your tracks across iOS and macOS devices is seamless. For additional resources, including screenshots, screencasts, and a comprehensive list of supported loggers, please visit the supporting website.
